Fund-Raising Ideas New Page 1

The best way to approach fund raising is to break it up into small increments and make a specific goal for how each increment of money will be generated.

Remember, make $500 five times and you’re already at $2,500!

Before you decide to raise funds using one of the ideas in this section, be sure you’ve thought through your goals.

First determine how much money you need to raise, and then determine how many months you have to accomplish this goal. (Use the funding calculator to help you.) Breaking your goal into even monthly increments will make it more attainable and help you track your success.

Each of the fund-raising activities in this section of the website are designed to help you raise $500 or more. Decide which activities appeal to you. You can do the same thing over and over, or try a different fund-raiser each month.
