(if not, use “To Whom It May Concern” or "Dear Sir or Madam”)

·      Include specifics of your itinerary

·      Include WHY you want to travel

·      Present the letter in person; it adds a personal touch, and people are
more likely to donate (dress appropriately)

·      Make it as personal as possible
